Hello and welcome to my Blog!

In this part of our web site I, Steven Cooper (Executive Director of The Finance Source Ltd.) will raise and discuss various topics related to the project funding procedures and requirements of the various programs The Finance Source has to offer.

In the Blog, I will open up many areas for discussion and will try to offer my guidence on how to prepare yourself and your business to successfully apply for funding, whomever the source.

Many people go about seeking funding in the wrong way! They spend either too much or too little time on presenting the wrong overview of what they are looking to achieve and how they intend to achieve it.

We have seen hundreds of business plans and executive summaries since we started appraising projects, and I have been shocked at some of what I have seen.

By understanding what a funder wants to see, we are in a position to assist a client to present their documentation and business model in the correct way so as it gets noticed and an offer to fund it is made.
