Angel Investors / Venture Capitalists / High Networth Individuals

Not only is The Finance Source looking to expand our network of project funding sources, but we also have opportunities for those looking to invest smaller amounts of money.

Many of the projects that come our way are good projects, but the project owners are not always in a position to meet the financial requirments of our programs. You could help us, to help them!

Many of our clients are looking for small investments that would act as the seed capital required to allow a large project move forward. Whether this seed capital would act as a security colleteral, a funding program investment or one of our funders programs fee requirements, your initial investment could be just what the project owners need to allow them to move forward and obtaining the larger project funding that they seek.

Your investment would be well rewarded through an agreed repayment schedule and often an equity position in the project itself.

Investments could be as little as US$500,000 or much greater. Each case is different!

We will work with you and the project owner to work out a suitable solution to each problem. We might even be able to provide many of these opportunities to you.
