• We will provide each of our broker with full details of all our project funding programs and help you to understand each one so you may successfully match your clients projects to the correct project funding program.
• We will guide our brokers and your clients through the project funding application procedure.
• The application procedure requires each brokers client to submit a Project Submission Form, along with a number of documents about the project, the company and themselves. We ask that our brokers gather these documents and provide them to us as they are required.
• We will ask each broker to sign a Non Circumvention – Non Disclosure (NCND) Agreement with us.
• We pay our brokers a percentage of the total Closing Fee collected on each successful funding.
• We will agree Fee Payment Terms with each broker on a case-by-case basis as each project funding program and each project application dictates a different Fee Arrangement.
• A separate Fee Agreement will be signed with each broker according to each successful project funding application.
• If you are NOT AGREEABLE to working under this fee arrangement, please do not apply as a broker since we cannot make any exceptions to this commission arrangement.
• We must be able to deal with the borrower directly and work with him/her under our own agreement.
