Financial Consulting & Project Funding Fees

Project Funding Fees collected by The Finance Source vary from project to project. Based on the amount being funded, the level of work required and the funding source providing the funds, the Project Funding Fees will be discussed with the applicant upon each application.

Financial Consulting Fees

As an applicant, you are requesting The Finance Source to seek an appropriate international funding source that is willing to make a formal ‘offer’ to fund a project under the parameters of the pre-discussed funding program. Our obilgation to you as our client is to provide this ‘offer’ to you.

A Financial Consulting Fee will be collected for the efforts made by The Finance Source to appraise and approve each project and applicant; to confirm the collateral capability of each applicant; to introduce an appropriate funding source that is willing to make a formal offer to fund your project under the parameters of the pre-discussed funding program; to make a formal application to this funding source and upon success of that application, provide a formal offer to fund your project and to perform a due diligence on the project once approved for funding.

The Facilitation Fee is due at the time of signing a Financial Consulting Agreement between the applicant and The Finance Source.

We do not ask the applicant to sign any Contract or pay any Fees until we have received the terms available to the applicant from the funder.

The Financial Consulting Fee will be quoted case-by-case.

Project Funding/Closing Fees

Upon the successful funding of a project, the applicant will agree to pay to The Finance Source a Closing Fee or Success Fee as it is sometimes known.

The Closing Fee will be made clear to the applicant at the time of making the application. It is worked out as a percentage of the funding request.

The Closing Fee is added to the funding request. This amount will then be capitalised on when applied to traditional Debt Funding.
