ALL projects requesting funding are processed in the same way. We are required to collect documents on both the project itself and the applicant company and individuals. The following is a list of documents to be submitted to us:

  1. A Project Submission Form
  2. A comprehensive Business Plan
  3. An up-to-date Executive Summary
  4. Financial Statements (if available/at least 3 years) of the applicant company
  5. A detailed quarterly/monthly Project Cost Schedule
  6. A list of Corporate Directors
  7. A list of Shareholders and % of ownership of the corporation
  8. All documentation that is pertinent to the financing required, i.e. Land, Building or asset appraisals if the financing is for such, together with the appropriate Bills of Sale, asset Purchase Agreements or Pro-Forma Invoices
  9. ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION WHICH IS FELT BY THE CORPORATION TO ASSIST A PROSPECTIVE LENDER IN UNDERSTANDING THE COMPANIES OPERATIONS AND THE REASON THE FINANCING IS REQUIRED

 

We are unable to process an application without ALL of the documents listed above. In cases were the applicant is a new company and there is not Financial History available, we would need to understand who is involved in the project and background on each individual or company that will be part of the projects development.
